Blogosphere mainly a domain of small business - for now

Few big companies embrace blogs, but there are persuasive reasons why they should. But first, some cultural rules must change.

Thompson Cigar Press Release

For the first time in company history, Thompson Cigar sent out a press release today. See Cigar Blog 101 Highlights Advice and History From Cigar Industry Veteran at PRWeb.com.

I'm very proud to be the one to bring Public Relations to this company, but it's not just about PR, it's about search engine optimization. The Cigar Blog needs links and subscribers. This release will bring the online attention it needs and hopefully a few sales of cigars and humidors.

Blogshares Domain Expired

I just sent for a password recovery yesterday to Blogshares.com. I haven't been to the site in months but I have millions invested in the fantasy "blog" stock market. And today, the domain EXPIRED!

I imagine hundreds of dues paying members are outraged at this lapse from the owners of the site.

Time has run out, the headline says from the Melbourne IT Domain and Hosting service.

Email Overloaded

This is a new idea from the LinkedIn Blogger forum. Highlight a different blog on a regular basis to help bring awareness to the topic.

Today's blog is Email Overloaded.

It offers good tips on how to manage your inbox every day. I'll have to add it to my FeedDemon.
